Notice for unregistered overseas participant: Since there are only 20 days left before the conference opening, if you haven't made your wire transfer payment yet. It is possible that your payment won't be confirmed before your arrival at the reception. To avoid this risk, we suggest you contact us to arrange a delayed on-site payment, either by cash or credit card. (07/28/2010)

Please fill in and reture the ICCS2010 registration form to start the registration process. Now, the only method of registration is through onsite registration (August,18)
Registration Fee Structure
Registration fee covers the proceedings, welcome reception, banquet, tea breaks, and a one-day tour in Beijing. All fees below are shown in U.S. Dollars.
Early Registration (before 15 June 2010):
Regular: $300
Student: $150 (Students include post-docs)
Late Registration (between 16 June 2010 and 16 Aug 2010)
Regular: $400
Student: $200
On-site Registration:
Regular: $500
Student: $250
Payment Method
For the Early/Late registrations, we can accept registration fee payment via wire transfer for all overseas attendees. We will send Chinese attendees detailed instructions for domestic bank transfer upon inquiries.
The attendees are responsible for the bank fees for the wire transfer, they are NOT COVERED by the registration fee. Please make sure the registration fees reach our bank in the intended amount, otherwise the attendees will have to pay the balance on the reception.
For the On-site registrations, we can accept Cash or Visa/Master/UnionPay cards.

Refund Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat via FAX to ICCS2010 on +86-10-6486 1049
or mail to registration@iccs2010.org before August 2, 2010. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price. No refunds will be issued after this date.
